I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know how pleased we have been in our dealings with Mr. Bill Buffaloe.
We had originally decided to purchase two central a/c units (one for the downstairs and the other for the upstairs) for our home. Our decision was based on what appeared to be a deal too good to be true. As is almost always the case, it turned out to be too good to be true. When the reality set in, we asked the other provider to remove their units and we called Bill Buffaloe to see if he could coordinate the removal of the other units with the installation of his units. To further complicate the matter, we were out of down during that time.
Bill accepted the challenge and did a great job coordinating with us while we were out of town and with our contact person in Greenville. When we came back, both units were installed and functioning perfectly. Even more impressive was the fact that everything had been cleaned up so that it was almost impossible to tell that the work had taken place.
Bill contacted us several times to make sure that we were happy. When I told him that I was not pleased with the performance of the upstairs unit, he immediately took steps to rectify the situation. Again, he had to work in our home while we were not there and he did a great job in taking care of our problems and making sure that everything looked perfect when we came back. Since then, Bill has contacted us several more times to make sure that we were happy and comfortable.
I believe that Bill went well beyond the call of duty to make sure that we were pleased. We are letting all of our friends know of the great service we received and will recommend him any time we have an opportunity to do so.

I wanted to express my appreciation for the Heating/AC inspection performed by Coco and K.C.. Before going into my home they covered their shoes with booties. I was very impressed when I saw this. As we went inside, I tagged alone with them as they did their work. They both conducted themselves with the upmost respect and professionalism. Their knowledge of their work was very apparent. During the inspection they pointed out some critical issues that should be addressed for the system to perform properly. When they completed their work, they cleaned up any debri that fell on the floor. Before leaving, Coco duscussed all issues with me very thoroughly.
